I've been lucky enough to travel the world and win awards and medals, but it was time to stop.

My message is not just to disabled people, but to everyone: You have to work hard.

I am always late because people stop me for autographs and say hi.

I hate the bad rap that people give my parents. Because they are just parents, really, at the end of the day trying to stand up for their daughter and themselves.

I love a good miso soup: it's fermented. It really helps with the immune system. I'll add tofu, carrots and seaweed.
