I wanted to pay tribute to my musical influences: Buffalo Springfield, Lightfoot, the Beatles, the Hollies.

MTV didn't call. I guess I wasn't hip and groovy enough.

I had gone full-on folkie; I'd had it with bands.

There are lots of procedural shows that I love, but I never really wanted to be a doctor on 'E.R.' - which I'm just picking as an example - or be on a crime procedural.

One Moment in Time because I think it describes me as a person and how I felt about being on the show.

It is hardly surprising that women concentrate on the way they look instead of what is in their minds since not much has been put in their minds to begin with.
