Sunday's my day off, where I eat whatever I want. I don't not let myself have something. I do love French fries and bread.

Recently, I was in Bernalda, my dad's ancestral home town in Italy. He has just refurbished a palazzo and turned it into a hotel, so we had my sister's wedding there. It was beautiful.

Our world was Northern, black and white, so it was a great thing for my sisters and me to sit down at Christmastime and watch these fabulous MGM musicals. All that color, all those beautiful costumes.

I have a naturally camp sensibility and a camp sense of humour. I love the icons that gay people love.
