I can play punk rock, and I love playing punk rock, but I was into every other style of music before I played punk rock.

The whole time after you record an album, you're just waiting for the release date. You're waiting for fans to hear it and stuff.

And I was in another band called Flash In The Pan, which was soca, Latin music, down in Laguna Beach.

I see a lot of actors for whom life becomes one big schedule. I guess I try to be more sensitive to my private life - to take a breath of fresh air and be in the countryside or on a golf course.

The blessing that this film business has given me is that when I walk into a school I automatically have everyone's attention. They want to hear what the guy from 'Con Air' and 'Desperado' has to say.
