We are tired of having our integrity impugned. We are tired of having our sincerity questioned. We are tired of having our intelligence insulted.

I take very seriously our responsibility to keep a strong economy.

The judge decided in this case that both the state and the defense would have the opportunity to respond to certain kinds of press. This is one such instance.

I love North Carolina.

I'm quite content to spend my life helping young people find themselves. I've had my fill of politics.
