You just have to go to bat and take a swing. And if you're not right for a part, or it goes to a British man, they may remember that you showed up, knew your lines and were good. And maybe they'll call you in for something else.

I fell into acting by going to a callback for J.C. Penney with my two older brothers when I was 4 1/2 years old. The casting director saw me and asked to bring me in the room with them. The three of us ended up booking the commercial!

Over the past decade... while many businesses have pursued what I call 'business as usual,' I have been part of a different, smaller business movement, one that tried to put idealism back on the agenda.
