I'm not a Saban guy, because I don't like liars, and I think he lied. I think he lied to the Miami Dolphins and to the fans of Miami, and he left. And it's pretty simple: I think integrity is very important; if you don't have integrity, I don't know how you can be successful.

We felt like when we went into last year we had a pretty good chance to win the championship from the previous year with the fall we put together. We've got the same everything now, so I think we can come back and be as strong this year.

As England manager I always felt we needed an extra man in midfield to retain the ball, but that was more as an attacking ploy to help create opportunities. It came from my experience playing international football in a 4-4-2 and spending half my time chasing the ball.
