I'm a fighter, and I don't take no for an answer.

My biggest fear is that I'm not good enough. I have this voice in my head that I've been battling for years that says, 'You're not really talented enough. You don't really deserve this.'

Music truly heals, and I am so grateful to have learned that through Musicians on Call.

There's never been anything I didn't love that I didn't connect with on a personal level because, to some degree, I projected upon it.

I feel so grateful when I see a movie and there's a woman who looks somewhat like me. I'm like, 'Thank you, Samantha Morton!' You know, a woman who feels like a human being. That means so much to me.

There's a whole bunch of unfinished stuff. Then I've got books of lyrics. I find it frustrating to finish a song and not be able to record it... so I don't write a million songs.
