I trained in Toronto with a private acting teacher, who was wonderful, for years growing up.

My first break wasn't professional - I was in 'The Sound of Music' when I was five. I played Gretel, the youngest one, because that was what kind of took off for me in terms of loving acting.

I'm becoming more and more confident and am falling more and more in love with the whole world of comedy, and I think that's something that I really want to explore a lot more.

If you have a block of ballistics gelatin and a high-speed camera, pretty soon somebody gets a gun!

When I do my makeup, it kind of helps me get into the character that I'm trying to portray.

It is good to be in front of the lens to appreciate more being behind the lens.
