I'm a man of faith. I only fear God, and my wife - sometimes.

I have always been and will be an enemy of communism, but I love all people.

It is hardly possible to build anything if frustration, bitterness and a mood of helplessness prevail.

I studied international relations and economics at the University of Virginia. I paid my way by working as a bartender in the summer and at three part-time jobs during the year.

What I find is most people have a civics book understanding for how Congress works and how a bill moves.

I'm quite content to spend my life helping young people find themselves. I've had my fill of politics.
