I wasn't a ladies' man.

Irrespective of any political party, I am a supporter of good people who want to do something for the society.

I was a naughty kid. Teachers did not like me much.

Although I write to entertain, and try to keep my work free of didacticism, I do have a rather passionate belief in our need to be connected to - and to learn from - history.

Before I die, I will preach to the Muslims in the Arab world. I will preach in Egypt, Lebanon, Syria and Iran. I will preach in Tehran. I will do it under the umbrella of God. And see its impact.

I don't like to get in front of people.
