I've decided to lead in a way that takes people with me. It's the approach that I think will stand not only our party but also our state in good stead.

All the government decisions remain and won't be altered until I get in the role and have had a chance to discuss them with my colleagues.

When you first come into Parliament, it's a daunting place because you feel you've so much to learn. Once you've been re-elected, you feel much more confident. It just gives you a bit of a boost.

I have often seen people uncivil by too much civility, and tiresome in their courtesy.

The free sharing and teaching of open source is incompatible with the notion of the solitary genius.
