Hype is a good thing, but it can also be a bad thing if you aren't prepared to back it up.

I'm a big action junkie. I grew up on the '80s action movies - the bad ones and the good ones.

I lay a lot of blame at the feet of Dusty Baker for not being more strict about fundamentals, which I think would give the team a stronger day-to-day identity.
