My dad's my best mate, and he always will be.

I try and make all my songs sound different from each other while doing it in a way that's still me. It's a tricky thing to do.

I don't care about the charts; I just want to make great music that I enjoy performing on stage and I'm proud of.

I visualize a time when we will be to robots what dogs are to humans, and I'm rooting for the machines.

So finally, I can feel a sort of pride in all my family - Mum, Lynn, Corin, Tasha, my cousin Gemma - because, I think how wonderful that this troop of gypsies can carry on telling stories.

I hate the bad rap that people give my parents. Because they are just parents, really, at the end of the day trying to stand up for their daughter and themselves.
