Liverpool is such a big club, and I was fortunate to be one of a select few to have played for them. It was an amazing time.

Losing a family member is extremely difficult for anyone to take. But the normal reaction is to want to get back to your work as soon as you can.

My earliest memories are sitting on the beach at Blackpool, and I know that if I went back, it would be horrible. I know what Blackpool's like - it's nothing like I imagined it was as a child.

Well, I actually wrote her a letter a couple of days ago congratulating her. The tone I tried to convey in the letter is, look, you are a part of a great American historical process.
