First novels tend to be blood-lettings, and they're focused on you, not the reader.

I read so much science fiction when I was young. I believe science fiction is the genre for exploration and to learn about possibilities via book.

My personal philosophy would be don't whine, don't let opportunities pass you by, be willing to work hard, and remember that you don't know as much as you think you do, ever.

I would've done anything to work with Satyajit Ray.

I grew up in a suburb of Ohio, in a small town, and I resonated with that small-town feeling where everybody knows your business.
