I don't like writing essays or theory.

I want to speak, to sing to total strangers. It's my way of talking to the world.

I use the language I use to my friends. They wouldn't believe me if I used some high-flown literary language. I want them to believe me.

The thing about great poetry is we have no defenses against it.

I will make the greatest efforts to seek a way for Taiwan and mainland China to interact that is mutually acceptable to both sides. I will not be provocative; there will not be any surprises.
